Robert Babasa1We bought a car from Dodge with full extended warranty. It’s a 2017 Charger Hellcat. Brought it in because a check engine light came on. The diagnostic showed a code. We’re told nothing was wrong with it. They never cleared the code. We came in at 845am, It’s now 330pm and we’re still waiting in the lobby. The rep says we won’t clear the code because we didn’t do any work on it. A code tells you what the car is having problems with doesn’t it? Of all places this is the worst customer service we ever received. I’m sorry but if this how they treat customers we will never buy a dodge ever again. Back to Toyota we go. I’ve lost all confidence in American made vehicles and customer service and I was born and raised here. Doesn’t even deserve a single star. Had to give them one just so I can describe my experience. For you future buyers good luck. Even asked them to rotate the tires, didn’t even do that. We marked the tires.
Response from the ownerRobert, our service manager spoke to you about your hellcat. Your car came in with a stored code for a miss fire. The code should not be cleared in case it returns so it can show a pattern for a specific miss fire. Since the light had turned itself off it won't do any harm to your vehicle. We checked spark plugs, coils, and fuel pressure, and everything passed. The diagnosis was a long process and we apologize for the wait. Our service advisory must have not heard you when you requested a tire rotation. We did not rotate them, but you also wasn't charged for a rotation. Sorry for your experience.

I've been involved in the service industry for over 30 years in one form or another. April Stemler5Best dealership mechanic service around! We have had nothing but headaches with other CJDR service departments. When it became apparent that we were having electrical issues and would need to go to a certified CJDR mechanic, we were weary of what we were in store for. We decided to try Central Valley CJDR as our local dealership, the dealership we bought our truck from, and one other dealership in a 100 mile radius have all been a disappointment. We should have started with Central Valley CJDR! Aric has been on top of things, quick to respond, kept us informed, and answered our questions. The service department has been nothing but courteous and helpful. The prices have been more than fair, and the confidence we have that their technicians will be able to figure out and repair any issues we may have in the future is unparalleled. The young man that brought us our keys when we picked up our truck offered to wash it even though it was hot outside and he probably had other things to do. This level of service is rare find. Having dealt with multiple CJDR dealerships, I can honestly say you will not find a better service department than Central Valley CJDR.

Rich Raimondo5Zack was great to work with, he searched the country for the vehicle I wanted, and I had very specific requirements. When we could not find the one I was looking for, we ordered one to be built. He kept me apprised of progress throughout, and was very easy to work with on the terms and financing. Low pressure, honest, and he actually made the car buying experience quite pleasant. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from Zack and Chrysler Valley Jeep Dodge Ram.
