  Great bank most of the time they know me by name when I walk in. It's on the opposite side of town from where I live but willing to drive there so I don't have to do the junk live teller at Walmart.

  They close way too early by the time I get off work they're already closed they're never open on the weekends not having a real good experience

  I always go to the Ohio branch but lately the service has been horrible!! I was having issues with my account so I decided to call to see what the issue was and Lexi answered the phone and didn't bother investigating to see what the issue was she didn't seem to careful what I was trying to get done so I asked for a Manger then she put on hold for 5 min just to come back and tell me she wasn't there and she could write my name and number down and get back to me on Monday. I decided to hang up and call the branch in Walmart now Justine though went above and beyond even though her manager wasn't there she called herself on what to do and got me situated that day instead of waiting till Monday. Recommend the Walmart branch anyway veres this one.
