  If I could rate lower I would. I had this bank for a little bit of time. When I came in at 16 years of age, I got a checking account. Me and my parents both asked to have no overdraft privilege. It took me over 6 months just to get no overdraft privilege. I had to go into th main office and watch them take me off. Even then they were shady about overdrafting. I was 16 and they knew they could take advantage of my not knowing.

  We have used this bank for about 2 years and have had our debit cards deactivated twice without warning from the bank. The only way we found out is when we went to purchase something and they were declined! They also made a mistake on a car loan and left it up to us to fix and pay the extra fee’s! VERY unprofessional. I do not recommend!

  The employees lack humanity. They don't care about their customers as long as they can make poor even poorer. I have never had such horrible service at a bank before. If you want a bank that cares about it's patrons, don't go here.

  Love the tellers. Very friendly and remember your name. Bank staff is very helpful, but no lender on staff so your loan has to be sent off. Not a major inconvenience.

  I go here VERY regularly, the whole team is very friendly and accommodating!

  Unfortunately this is closest to my office but it is also the slowest drive through. Waited 15 minutes and I was the only car in the drive through with 2 tellers standing there talking and laughing.

  Would not exchange 20s for 100s because I was not an account holder any more. Took her 3 mins to get to the Window then she was very rude.

  They have always been very helpful anytime I needed something. I like how they address you by name and make you feel welcomed.
