  I had been looking for a very specific/rare vehicle out of state for a few months now. COVID had made this an absolute nightmare with car dealships. As stressful as it has been, it was all worth it in the end. I had the absolute best help you can ask for with something of this caliber. The person I worked with was Bryce W. He was very informative and incredibly patient. He helped get me the best understanding of all this whole process and help make the deal come to a close with my search on this vehicle! I would highly recommend to anyone to use this bank and especially the employee who helped me. Thanks again CUA, and to you as well Bryce!

  The Salina branch is so helpful! Auto dealership placed our loan through CUA and I stopped in to make a payment. I now have a better interest earning savings account and may open a checking account. The app is wonderful too! Bryce in Salina is the guy to go see for all your financial needs.

  Visiting family from out of town, visited the ATM, didn’t see the “select bill pattern” option, ended up with one hundred dollar bills. Yes, it’s currency but that denomination can be difficult to use. (First world problems, I know, I know.) So, I popped into the building and asked if I could exchange cash for cash. Shout out to Bryce W!! He made two phone calls to find out how to help this non member. So kind, courteous, and helpful. THANK YOU BRYCE! Your customer service for a non customer really made my day!

  I love this place! I've done all my banking with CUA for over 20 years, mostly in Wichita. It's nice having a location in Salina now. The gal who helped me was quick, professional, and just a great person. Highly recommend!!! And they DO have an ATM, both inside and outside!!!

  Wonderful experience. They were fast, friendly, very helpful, and I received a rate and terms that worked for me AND was half of what my personal bank offered. Highly recommended!

  Opened my account in Wichita branch....within a few days of using my debit card there were fraudulent charge attempts..if you take a paycheck in to cash make sure you bring the entire payslip with it or a hold will placed on the funds...the Wichita branch I used had a horrid parking lot..now I live in Salina Kansas and the branch here doesn't even have an atm...the one in Wichita does yet doesn't allow deposits like all other institutions I've used including credit unions...must use your debit card 12 times a month and have direct deposit or pay a monthly fee...they send you documents to sign and I was unable to sign them also...just a few of the things I disliked...
