  As far as banks/credit unions go, this one is good. I have had no real issues here. My only challenge is the constant push to do everything online when I ask for a service. Often, I am just referred to the online banking and really just want an answer. Still, this banks has some good tools for saving.

  My soon to be husband has banked with them since 2008. Never negative in his account. A company that he ordered a free trial from took over $200 from. His account within 4 days of him ordering FREE TRIAL. anyway he called to find out what can be done and they didn't help him at all they charged him $70..... Take take take and froma hard working man. So we found another bank that offers protection and not just take take take

  After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru and only 1 car in the lane, I felt like I was bothering the teller. I was asked if I knew my member # ? I don't understand why it is so hard to cash a check with proper ID and why people here have to make you feel belittled. We have had a account here for 6 years at this location.I guess they think its ok to treat people rudely and why would the teller Windows be blocked?? I guess we will be banking elsewhere.

  The branch manager refused to notarize a paper for me because she said that she could not see if i had a sound mind!!!! I will pursue this complaint and she needs more education!!! I am a customer with a bank account there for now! I have been a account holder there for years and get treated like that!!guess she does not give a damn!!

  They are THE SLOWEST MOST FRUSTRATING BANK IN SEDALIA. DON’T GO TO THIS BANK WITHOUT A FULL TANK OF GAS AND LUNCH PLUS A SNACK.....CAUSE YOU WILL NEED IT!

  Great financial institution! Concerned, knowledgeable staff. "Specials" they run on rates for loans are fantastic. Check out their services online or go by an office in Sedalia, Richmond, or Warrensburg.

  Worst bank in town. App sucks, drive thru only, and put a hold on my card without me authorizing it.

  This is definitely one of the best financial institutions in Missouri! They are friendly, professional, and go out of their way to help you. Plus, they have great rates!
