  The staff in this family pawn are an amazing group. They assisted me in getting the best price for my gold pieces. In addition, I returned the following day to drop over a 1000 movies. They helped me unload my car and counted all of them using about half the staff to do so. It was a joy to watch them look over that movies. There was a lot of classics in the load. My most memorable moments were with Crystal. She offered a level of comfort and support when I explained why I was making these pawns. If you should read this Crystal, I hope your dog with the tail issue is ok. It isn't always about the money when you choose a pawn shop. It is about the family feel you get when you walk in the door. I appreciate you all very much.

  BEWARE when buying electronics from them......I purchased a supposed FACTORY SEALED new iPhone 13 pro from them on their ebay listings & after getting it a little cheaper than retail price I had it activated to only have it not work because this phone was reported stolen/blacklisted which any person can check with the S/N & IMEI number. Both APPLE & AT&T confirmed that this phone was definitely stolen. I must have messaged/emailed them 4-5 times to get 0 & truly 0 responses from them that EBAY & PAYPAL stepped in after I had to escalate it & even in their forum they didn't respond once but eventually got my refund back due to ebay/paypal guarantee policy. I would have had no problem & wanted to give them the benefit of doubt until they completely ghosted/ignored me which to anyone's eyes would make them look absolutely guilty of knowing this issue during this 2 week process to get everything resolved. I know things can slip through & mistakes happen as I also owned & operated a business for 10 years while also being in the retail industry most of my career, this was hands down some shady poor customer service practice.

  Been going here for awhile. Last couple of times staff has gotten to where they ignore customers. Stood over by firearms for over 5 mins no one came asked if they could help us or anything. Guess time to take my business else where. Sad use to be such a friendly atmosphere now all you get coming threw the door is hey or hello then that's it. The female working was more worried about her cell phone and eating her ice. Sad just plan sad

  Staff was extremely friendly and nice. Very intelligent about what they are selling. Me and my buddy were just passing by and went to another pawn shop that was callled valiant. The lady in valiant acted as if our presence was a Nuisance. Than we went to family pawn and immediately regretted going to valiant. Family pawn had an Awesome atmosphere. Will definitely be back next time I’m around the area

  The last time I was there was a while ago and the staff acted as if they didn't care to be there and when they finally noticed you they would ask you "what do you want?" I wasn't really pleased with service but I was pleased with the variety of inventory. But lately I've been hearing more about this place and how much better it has gotten since then so I figured I'd give it one last shot and sure enough it was worth it. Everyone was polite and willing to help and always answered every question given. The way I see it the place just needed different people that had a better attitude for service. Thank you family pawn for bettering my experience.

  Had an incredible experience! The people are friendly and helpful. The prices they offer are fair. It is a pawn shop after all, they have to make money too. I've been going there for about 5 years, not once had a horrible experience. I would recommend this pawn shop first every time.

  I have been to many pawn shops and vowed to never return, until I stumbled upon Family Pawn!! I was looking for used video games for my grandkids. What a great find!! The games were all $5 or less!! Not only that but they cleaned the DVD's before I left the store!! I was extremely impressed. The store was laid out almost like a department store. Hunting gear was in it's own section, guitars in another, beautiful jewelry in clean cases. The store was extremely clean and not smoky like a lot of other pawn shops I have visited. I found the staff was very friendly and helpful They seemed fair about their price when we wanted to sell our items. But to be fair we all think our 'treasures' are worth more than they actually are!! I liked the store well enough that I even returned with my grandchildren so they could shop for their own games and movies. We even came out with an Xbox 360 that was in nicely packaged box. Kudos to a nicely run pawn store. Very pleased indeed, check it out.

  Absolutely just rude on phone. Can't ask simple question with out getting a attitude and being a ass to someone on phone. Terrible service out the gate and didn't have to walk into store. Well your loss not mine. I am a buyer looking for new paint sprayer and power washer.. You loss that money and any further sales from my business and family.. O an no need to apologize or make excuse on here to cover your bad employees. You would not need to if you ran your business right! I know I own a couple different businesses.
