  I got a loan through the Sedalia branch, Jonathan and Mel were incredibly nice. They got me the loan then when I had surgery that put me I'm a colostomy bag forever they worked with me and helped me make it so I won't default or owe late fees. I cannot ask for a greater customer service experience

  Made an appointment to have them call. They never called. I had to call. Every time I called I was told, give me 30 min or give me 20 min. Hours later I am told I was forgotten. This is unacceptable. I will take my business elsewhere. To be lied to multiple times is extremely horrible customer service. BBB review here I come.

  I have been with Mel and the gang since they were personal finance. They are awesome people and will do everything in their power to help you out.   Initial application was easy to apply online. They got back to me quickly. The office personnel were polite and fast. Had everything ready when i got to the office. Was in and out in a short time. Went over every aspect. Thoroughly satisfied.

  Mel is a rockstar! Had an issue and she really thought she couldn't help, low and behold she checked into the issue and called me right back resolved instantly! I think she definitely went above and beyond!! So Thanks Mel, I give her alone 5 stars 😘😊😂
