      Central Credit Union is the Best on the Panhandle! See Matt for fantastic service! They open at 8AM and stay open later on Fridays compared to others. Banked here for two years now and know that all associates are providing great service consistently. They are the best for shared branch transactions , allowing drive thru, and shared branching is never "down".

      I have been a member of CCUFL since the mid-90's. I have seen them grow from just the branch on W st in Pensacola to multiple sites throughout town. I used to wish they had one in Pace, but then they added mobile deposits for checks and the immediate need past. They continue to make small steps forward and thus latest one is phenomenal! Just a quick word of praise for the new updated mobile app... especially the search feature! All I have to do is enter a portion of the payee that I'm searching for or a dollar amount and anything that matches is listed for me. No more endless scrolling through the history of each and every transaction... hoping to find what I'm after. Thank you for implementing a feature that I didn't even know i wanted. Great job!

      Central Credit Union of Florida is absolutely the place to be! I researched banks and credit unions after a semi recent move back to the south. All I knew is that I didn't want to go with the same financial institution I once had while living in the panhandle and I appreciated the customer reviews I saw about CCUFL. I stopped into the location on 9 Mile Road in Pensacola and not only was it a beautiful location I was welcomed in the most sincere way by the staff there. From that day forward I have had one great experience after another. I didn't know at the time all the wonderful things they have done and continue to do for the community but that has made me even more proud to call them my credit union. I haven't been in the market for a loan but I see the loans they offer and I have been wowed on a few occasions by the interests rates they offer and the variations of loans they advertise. It just seems like they are the type of credit union that is looking out for their customers and also rooting for the underdog. It is refreshing to see that in today's world when most banks and financial institutions are run by computers more than people. I will be with Central Credit Union for a very long time because I know that they care and they are in my corner.

      This branch is outstanding! They have been wonderful, courteous, and even gone above and beyond. I have been with them for years, and they've been with me through my mishaps (over the phone and in person!) as I learn how to bank. I will stay with them as long as I live in the panhandle, and suggest them to people when I go. Would absolutely recommend.

      I was very very surprised to find the outstanding customer service that I received through CCU. Regina Mosely handled my needs more promptly, more friendly, and gave me more feedback and info, than my own credit union did. I do beleive im going to switch over and start an account with this team. Thank you for all of your time Regina Mosely, Im very impressed!!!

      Central’s “shared credit union” pitch is not true. Every single time I have tried using a Pen Air ATM who they say is on their shared credit union list I get charged twice. Once from the other credit unions atm and a fee from Central. I always have to call or email and they do fix it which I appreciate but it’s ridiculous that I have to continuously check on this issue, when they advertise this as a selling point.

      I was curious as to why I hadn't received my debit card in the mail yet. No one had explained to me that it wasn't just automatically done. The first red flag was that I was unable to use the online banking. Then something shocking happened when I visited the branch to ask why I had not been sent out a debit card. I was rudely told that a debit card is a "privilege" before being denied one on the reasoning that my direct deposits didnt meet some arbitrary criteria. Apparently it took a manager and someone above her to decide this by looking at my deposits. The fact that this came out of a managers mouth absolutely floored me. I hadnt been rude, but apparently I was a waste of her time, and she needed me out of her way. I do not wish to feel like a burden to the place i decide to store my money. I do not wish to be belittled for simply inquiring about a debit card. I suffer from PTSD, and this unfortunate engagement still bothers me to this day.

      Stay away from this credit union. Their web site is a joke, even their own employees can't figure out. They charge outrageous fees- they stole $50 from my each of my daughters' savings account because they didn't use it enough.

      While here out of town for a car loan, Brieana made accommodations since they close at 2 on Wednesday’s to make it happen. Also while admiring a named brick decoration outside I was approached by the CEO and she took myself as well as my company and small child on a tour of their office. This is what service is all about. Upper levels didn’t have a “them and us” attitude. Outstanding!
