  I love Central Bank! We started our business account with them nearly 20 years ago. After experiencing great personalized service, we quickly moved our personal accounts there as well. We have taken out business loans and worked with their construction lending department on behalf of our own customers. We also have our personal mortgage after finding they had the best rates and lowest fees for our situation. Their online banking is great and I love my weekly text notifications with my account balances, or alerts when my balance runs low. I love walking in and seeing the same friendly faces year after year. Charlene is a great manager and she watches out for all of our accounts. They are the best!

  Central Bank has wonderful, friendly employees who actually care about you and want to help you. I have always felt comfortable and at home there and love that they know my name and ask after my family. They are quick to solve concerns and they always answer all questions clearly in a language that is understandable. I love my neighborhood Central Bank and can’t imagine bank in elsewhere.

  We have banked with Central Bank for the last 15 years. We have always felt a sense of friendship, loyalty and trust with the Mapleton Branch & every single employee there. We know they give our finances the same attention that we do and that gives us a lot of peace. They know each of our family by name on a personal level and take an interest in how our company is succeeding on a business level.   Mapleton Central Bank is by far the best bank I have ever dealt with. I have personal and business accounts with them. They are not just bank tellers they are friends and to my kids sometimes family. It is such a comfortable and welcoming environment. There is not a better customer service bank.

  This has been my personal bank for about 20 years. The service is outstanding. I was so impressed by their friendly and helpful staff that when my husband started his own business I told him to do his business banking with them as well. It has been fantastic! We have had problems of our own making and they have kindly helped us figure it out. I have never done online banking so my opportunity to work with them is even more frequent. When I walk into my Central Bank Mapleton Office not only do I know that professionals are handling our many financial accounts I also get to see people I call friends.

  The people at Central Bank are professional, capable, and friendly. Since moving to Mapleton 18 years ago, we have always been greeted by name. We have been given the help and advise we’ve asked for. We have received a phone call warning us of an old account that needed to have some transaction done so we wouldn’t lose the money in it. Charlene and Don have even delivered Christmas gifts to our home. I love our bank! (I’ve never said that about a bank before 😊!)

  The Mapleton Central Bank office is one of my favorite offices! Whenever I go there the employees get me with a smile and make me feel welcome! They are attentive and go the extra mile to take care of my needs! I always leave with a smile on my face!

  I have enjoyed being a member of Central Bank for years but my favorite part of Central Bank is their Mapleton office. I live in Provo and will drive down to Mapleton because they have the best customer service I have ever experienced. I have never met more kind hearted, loving people who really want the best for you. I walk in and feel like I have been helped by family!

  The Mapleton Branch is awesome. Every individual that works at this location is so friendly, very knowledgeable and accommodating. It’s truly one of the favorite times of my day, when I make my daily deposit. You guys are wonderful!!
