  TERRIBLE Bank to bank with. If you are a business they make you wait 3-4 days to have access to your money and charge you ridiculous fees for everything. If you want to have an HSA account with them it's all done via an online portal that is not user friendly what so ever. Don't bank here if you want any sort of customer service!

  Central Bank is great for all of our business needs. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares about your banking needs and their service. They always greet you by name with a smile. Sometimes service can be slow, but if you give them notice of your banking needs they will do all the can to accommodate.

  This bank does a great job for your everyday banking needs. The staff has treated me great everytime I have come in efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend Central Bank of the Midwest.

  I was having some problems with my checking account and Sherry at the Gladstone branch helped sort it out and helped me tremendously! She was very professional and thorough! Shes an asset to this bank! Thank you Sherry!

  The people who work here are very racist. Its horrible that you are treated with disrespect when you come to this bank due to your ethnicity. I would not recommend anyone banking at this branch, unless you want to be treated badly. Its tragic that in the world we live in today, even the bank shows racism. I thought money is money no matter what color your skin is or race you are.

  Ms jameela is the one who helped me.. excellent customer service and very easy to deal with.. would recommend to anyone.. ask for jameela..

  Lady's are nice. I alwaysgo thru tha drive thru. Don't really have much good OR bad to say...bummer they are changing already tho...not sure if that's good or bad yet.
