  I had the best experience today I think I've ever had with a finance company and it was all because of exemplary customer service I received from Ashley. She guided me through the process every step of the way, answered every question I had and made the whole process as quick as she could. She listened to everything thing I had to say and was very understanding of my situation. I felt like I had a friend.... On a professional level. She definitely has 5 stars in my book. I will definitely be a forever customer at this branch for all my lending needs. She explained the coverage that you can get along with your loan, she put it in simple relatable terms for me and had me sold. Definitely worth every penny. So if you need a loan go see Ashley at Mariner Finance in Gladstone, you won't get better service anywhere else.

  Instead of calling you(or leaving a message) they continuously attempt pulling money out, adding overdraft fees, rather than waiting two days for pay day. To add onto this review, apparently paying within the grace period, will still lower your credit score by 100 points. This company is trash, and I will not be recommending to anyone. They prey on those in a tough spot.

  The online loan process was very easy and self-explanatory. Ashley Day was extremely professional, prompt and kept us informed of all developments. She was also very responsive to our phone calls and emails.
