  I'm not much for words but in this case I must make a short exception. Jeff and the team helped me so much with this it seemed like fun, and I do very little on the computer. If I could give a higher rating I would. Under difficult things happening, Jeff made it go so smooth I couldn't believe it. I feel like we not only completed my loan as quickly as possible, I made a good friend in the process even living thousands of miles away. Thanks very much!!

  I was extremely nervous as this was my first home purchase ever. I shopped around and landed here. It was the beat decision I could have ever made. From start to finish Jeff was amazing.   In all the craziness of the realestate market right now, I can't speak highly enough of Joe Barnes and his financial institution. He was friendly, professional and always available. No matter when I called or emailed, he responded immediately and was always willing to answer my questions and patient enough to answer them more than once if I didn't understand!   This was the best re-fi I have experienced throughout my many years of doing these. The whole process was enhanced because of the pros in this office and, in particular, Mr. Jeff Newton. Any snags in the process were quickly negated by his prompt responses. I recommend visiting with him if you are contemplating refinancing through the VA.

  Jeff and his team were simply incredible. We had a crazy go of things and Jeff handled it seamlessly!!
