  Mrs Karen Virtudazo was extremely friendly and helpful to my cousin and I. She assisted us to open an account within a few minutes. The customer service is very good and the employees are professional, kind, and welcoming. Everyone there is so welcoming and they really make you feel like an important person. Keep up the good work. I appreciate all the staff.

  I have been a customer for 16 years. I recommend this bank to anyone in town. Cedar Ridge campus has been great but is now better with Karen as the new branch manager. Whatever she is getting paid she needs a huge raise.

  I have lived in the Branson area since 1997 and used several banks in this area. Included in my history of listed banks I had accounts with was Ozark Mountain Bank. After my experience with the others banks, I decided Central Bank (previously Ozark Mountain Bank) was the one I wanted to make our home. My wife and I love this bank but especially the Cedar Ridge branch.

  i went to this bank to open a checking account and Karen helped me set up my account and also explained to me about the secured credit card. she is very knowledgable and friendly. not to mention she gas a greta smile too.

  This branch is by far my favorite branch to go to, I always get greeted with beautiful smile with Karen in the drive thru. Every morning when I come in she has the most big great smile even when the drive thru is full she make sure she greeted everyone the moment they pull in.

  Used this location for my previous job, when looking to open a new account for myself I knew exactly where I wanted to go. Dimitri is who set up my account, and when I tell you he was amazing that would be an understatement! His customer service is impeccable. So friendly, informative, and helpful. I knew exactly what I was getting when setting up my account, and the inside of the building is beautiful and so clean! 10/10 recommend, my boyfriend is actually going to switch banks to them!!! Huge shout out to Dimitri! Made my experience all the better with his amazing service.
