  I opened a new account at the Creve Coeur branch on 6/30. There was an issue setting up my online access. The banker was supposed to call me later that day or the next, that never took place. I set up my payroll direct deposit, my HR dept told me that deposit couldn't go through because of something on the bank's end. I left a message for the personal banker to call me last Thursday. It is now Monday afternoon and have not gotten a call. Second time, of not having common courtesy of a follow call. Too many banks out there to have to deal with this type of customer service.

  I absolutely love this branch location Casey and the branch manager Steph is sooooooo great with great customer service and patience with all the customers. This is one of the best banks and branches that we have here in Saint Louis. Thanks so much Casey and Steph for everything your guys are GREAT keep up the good work!

  Employees at this branch are always professional , courteous , and have a positive attitude. Their knowledge of banking services is very helpful, and I consider myself lucky to live near this branch. I also admire how patient and helpful they are with the older clients who need assistance. What a resource in the community !

  The personnel at this Central Bank location just AWESOME!! Stef, Paul, Nick, Pat and Brittney, are always so helpful and go out of their way to be of assistance!! I would recommend this location to anyone. I have worked with them for over three years, and I cannot tell you how pleased I am with my continued banking experience. THANK YOU for all you do!!!

  Great customer service . Customer service points offered new lower rates on my car financing. Resources for financial literacy were also offered. I also required documents to be completed and they went the extra step to notarized documents and provide additional copies. Each time I visit this branch they offer additional ways to save and protect my money.

  I love my visits to the Creve Coeur branch. Whether it's a deposit, cashing a check, or getting a credit card set up, I know I will get taken care of! Steph and Casey are both very professional and friendly and I am looking forward to seeing them again next week!

  Kasey and Steph Maher were great help on my visit today. I came in to make a deposit and Kasey was helpful and quick to get it done for me. Steph Maher was super friendly and even got my friend a water bottle. Overall great experience.

  Paul has been a great resource in guiding me with tips on improving my credit rating. Nick was extremely helpful in setting up my account and debit and credit cards. The entire staff is very professional and always helpful.
