  I fell in love with my condo and needed to make an offer on a Saturday. I was not pre-approved and needed that step completed to present with my offer. My agent recommended Jeff with Paramount as he is always readily available to help out out, even on the weekends. He collected my financials at 7pm on a Saturday and I had a pre-approval letter to present with my offer at 9pm that same night. My offer was accepted the next day and thanks to Jeff and his team we closed in 3 weeks. Jeff is very thorough and professional and he will do what it takes to get you into the home of your dreams!!
