Heather Wagoner1I just deposited $400 at this locations ATM and it took my money and did not credit my account. I backed up and went in the teller line to let them know. After waiting another 15 minutes the man was extremely rude and told me they couldn't do anything and I should have used the teller line. I immediately called the number on my receipt. After another 20 minute wait, they told me they could only file a dispute that would take 10 days and that only the branch could help me. So i made her call the branch. We talked to the manager, and guess what, same man. His name is Timothy Boyles and I've never talked to a more rude person at a bank! He should be fired immediately. I have been a customer with US Bank over 20 years and for them to not offer any type of immediate relief for something at their own ATM location is unacceptable to me and I will not wait 10 days to use my own money. I've already filed a BBB report but hope no one else has to deal with this kind of treatment.

Natasha Caruth1April 5th, 2021: I deposited $550 into the ATM and then received a receipt that there was an error with the machine. This was $550 cash that I deposited into my checking account from the ATM and because there’s an error on the machine I did NOT get my money back nor was my account credited. I immediately went inside to the branch and reported what had happened and was told that I have to wait up to 10 days. This is unacceptable and the fact that I deposited CASH into an ATM that I’ve been banking with for that long (since 2008) and I have to wait 10 days when I have bills to pay!!! At the bottom of the receipt message they want to say sorry for the inconvenience. DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY IN THIS ATM! I’m seriously considering leaving the bank because of this “inconvenience”. I would give zero stars if I could but I had to select one to leave a review! I am a very dissatisfied US Bank customer.

Alaina Gettemeier1I would also give this location 0 stars if possible. The manager is unprofessional, rude, and wouldn't even address himself by his name (I wonder why lol). The ATM will eat your money. The drive-thru is backed up no matter what time of day it is; I know if I'm going to the bank I need at least 35 minutes (and I live 1 minute away, literally). Highly considering changing banks completely, but if you stay with U.S., take your money to another branch.

Garrett Tingle1They still have the lobby closed which is annoying and the drive through is sooooo slow. Last time I went through and only one person was in front of me and I was just depositing cash. It took at least 15-20 minutes. So many companies these days are using COVID as an excuse for poor customer service.

Tracie Molloy1I would give this location 0 stars if it was possible. Regina is absolutely the rudest teller I have EVER dealt with. Had to deal with her snarky comments about the amount of money in my accounts a couple weeks ago where she embarrassed me in front of multiple other tellers and customers. then today with being rude as can be because I asked to talk to the branch manager. I don’t understand how I have been helped here before for the situation I called about and today I am told that she couldn’t help me and I would need to call the location where I opened my card. And whoever the branch manager working today, Saturday, August 4th was also 0 Help. You two will be the reason ALL 8 of my Accounts will be closed and moved. BUT! For future - Your tellers don’t know what somebody is going through and why their is a $0 balance in their accounts so might want to EDUCATE Regina (the old white lady with glasses and white hair) about manners!

Andy H1Closed account because a check written to me was reversed. Did not communicate to me there was any problem, would not appeal or do anything to address it. Offered to have them talk to the person who wrote the check and his bank. They also called and tried to help. Threw my life into chaos shortly before traveling and after having a child. US Bank does not care about customers whatsoever. The local branch is just a shell that has no independent decision making power.

Jennifer Gaines1$7 fee to cash a non-customer check??!!! It costs no more to cash a check for a customer or non-customer. Good thing I wasn’t considering switching banks! I’ll stay with my bank and cash it there next time.

Collin Stutz1I closed an account due to the horrible customer service and they refused to credit my last interest payment. They have very dishonest business practices. AVOID THIS BANK!!
