  Absolutely the best service in the best bank I've ever been to every time I'm there I'm treated like family. Xylina K. At the Shawnee Branch on Nieman has been absolutely wonderful She has gone completely out of her way to teach me how to work everything on all three of my accounts I could not be more happier with my bank and a special thanks to Xylina K. My favorite banker. Very good job 👍

  Fantastic customer service. Always friendly. I actually prefer going in rather than the drive thru because of how well you're treated. Make sure to give the manager Jack plenty of grief every chance you get. He's the best.

  Amazing….I have never enjoyed going to the bank before. At every bank I’ve used before the employee who was the most enjoyable to deal with, friendly and helpful were the ATM machines in the drive thrus. The ATM never gives you a fake smile or some random monotone greeting that almost seems to cause the employee physical pain. The ATM never asks for your ID and then magically calls you by your first name like they have known you for 15 years even tho you started banking there 2 weeks ago. But not this particular Central Bank branch. Every time I go there the employees go out of their way to great you by name, even if I use the drive up ATM the say hi, smile and wave over the intercom! I have never had a more warm friendly and HELPFUL experience anywhere. Fast, efficient, intelligent and the highest of customer care you can ask for. From the tellers to the manager Lauryn, everyone here goes the extra 1000miles to make you feel like the most important customer that has ever walked in every single time. I can’t say it enough BEST BANK EVER IN ALL ASPECTS!!

  I have gone here multiple times to cash checks. They are very professional and work so well together as a team. Staff has always taken the time to answer questions and help me with issues. I will continue to drive out of my way to go to this branch for the friendly faces and phenomenal customer service. Keep up the excellent work!!

  Everytime I visit I am greeted by name. I truly feel welcomed and believe the people here have my best interest. They always lend a helping hand and hear me out. They seem so happy to be there helping their customers. I'm glad this is my bank.

  I am so glad I chose come to this branch to cash a check because i was beyond impressed with how teamwork shown between the staff. Its really great to see this time of year🎄 the customer service shown to me was more than i could have asked for! The staff was friendly and welcoming during ny visit. I look forward to the next!

  This branch delivers reliable customer service, and the employees seem to like working there. Many times, they have truly made me feel like a valued customer. I cannot recall ever having an unsatisfactory visit to this bank.

  Omg I come in all the time. They have the best customer services and are always extremely friendly and helpful! I love them and would highly recommend them to everyone!! They treat you like family!! Best bank ever!!

  I went here to get a cashier's check (this was in Feb 2021). The male at the front desk was rude and didn't seem interested in helping. He seemed annoyed and didn't even greet me. Then, after he printed the cashier's check he walked around the desk passed me and didn't even say anything the entire time... I was confused on whether I should follow or not. I followed cause I didn't just want to be left standing there and I saw him walk into another office. He was asking a question from his supervisor while I was awkwardly standing there. Once he was finished he just handed me the check while walking back to the counter like I was in his way. RUDE! Glad I switched from this lousy bank. Edit - idk how to respond to Central Bank's reply but yes, you may call me.
