  I come here regularly, at least 3-5 times a week to make my company deposits, so I am quite familiar with this location and their staff. The tellers here are SUPER friendly, VERY accurate, but still get you in and out QUICKLY! I appreciate their dedicated service to great banking! I've never had to stand in line more than a couple of minutes, even when there was 13 people in line ahead of me, on a payday Friday, when 2 people called in sick. Are you picking up what I'm putting down? Great bank!

  Hahaha see now this place gave me a car loan. Unfortunately, they are greety. They stole 1000 dollars from me. 🙂 alright I'll play your game. Since you guys love stealing money from people I'm going to make this right. Since you love money and love damaging credit and giving me 20p dollars in late fees and having no prove of me paying my payment I will now give you guys 1000 dollars in 1's and 1's that CANT go into a money counter because of how messed up they are. You will now count 1000 dollars in 1's in front of me every time I visit as my repayment for stealing my money. As I hold up your long line by having your employees counting my 1's I want you to think long and hard about stealing from the next person. Thank you for you services!

  I love the workers, they are super kind and polite. Especially Paola , She was super helpful and kind, she helped me with everything I needed . I hope to come back and come to her , she is the nicest in my Point of view. Paola is given all my respect

  Enrolled in Wells Fargo for my business and not even a week later they closed my accounts without reason. As I had a pending transaction I I’ve had to wait over 2 weeks to get that money in the mail. It never showed. I’ve had numerous convos with Wells Fargo representatives(over 1.5 hours on hold), and they said go to the bank to get the check. I’m currently at the bank and they still keep giving me shady answers to why they don’t have my money. (A decent amount too) I’m starting to think I’ll never see it that money again. NEVER use Wells Fargo. Worst business I’ve dealt with.

  Many times I have come to this bank and ATM does not accept mobile deposits. Frustrating I’ve been with them for many years but with me living in MO maybe it’s time to switch

  My husband and use this bank several times per week. Though staff is friendly and quite professional, ATM being down is a hit or miss for several months now. Maybe it’s time to add another one or replace this one? A suggestion since this has been a reoccurring problem for a while. Many people cannot come during business hours to deposit or withdraw inside the branch because of work and other things, and given that there are only 3 locations in the KC metro area it only seems like the reasonable solution.

  This is the best Wells Fargo location I have been to by far! They were swamped late on a Friday afternoon and I had an urgent wire transfer to make during a cross-country drive (with no other Wells Fargo locations available on our route) and they were able to fit me in despite how busy they were. Staff were friendly, courteous, and very helpful!

  I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 20 years. Every single time I go to this bank the line is out the door. And we are talking in the middle of the day. I am seriously contemplating changing banks. It is the only location in town.
