      Emily Elliot it the person to talk to! I’m sure all the staff is wonderful but she goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. I’m not real good with new technology (she had to help me figure out how to do this review lol) but she took the time to show me all types of helpful tools in the app and online. I have had to call her several times to get things straighten out with an old account and she is always willing to help me fix whatever the issue is. I would recommend her for any and all banking needs. She is very knowledgeable. If she doesn’t know something she is more than willing to find out and get back with u.

      They refused to authorize my second debit card that I've had for years through them. As an over the road driver, I need a backup card for when then cancel the one I'm using, for potential fraud issues, so that I'm not out of state without access to my money. I recommend finding another bank as I will be doing.

      We have been with Central bank since the 1980s when it was Webster County Bank and stayed with it through the Empire bank and what is now known as Central Bank. This bank has always been there to help and protect all my financial needs. My most recent activity was with Cynthia and she is an angel .

      I went here to set up a checking account and Emily killed it. Super nice and charming, great customer service person. I was nervous but she was confident and it took only about 15 or 20 minutes. Def deccomend this place if ur looking for a bank, also give Emily a raise.

      Edit 5/14/22 Now you guys aren't cashing payroll checks. Explain to me in your reply why a person who was issued a paycheck has to deal with the problem of the employer has "pending transactions". It's on the account owner to owe all fees aquired when handing out paychecks to employees for worked time. Your job is to cash the check and charge the company. Not refuse to pay them their paycheck. I'm going to be calling corporate and DOE on the law and your policies. This morning I arrived early with my client who is disabled to cash a check. We arrived earlier than the bank opened and pulled in front. Neither of us bank here. An SUV with the banks "Assistant Manager" she said she was, asked us to move because where we were parked was a security issue. Although another employee went in with us parked there. She stated they weren't supposed to and that no other employees could go in when I was parked there so she insisted that I move. Literally there is me and the employees cars in the lot. I am a woman and my client is blind. We would be in the drive thru if their policy wasn't to go in to cash it since they aren't an account holder. Also right after I moved and the "assistant" went in, a car pulled up in the spot I was in 6 minutes before opening. Poor service before the day even started.

      Ok my Marshfield peeps if your bank is no longer open on Saturdays like mine.....you need to switch to Central Bank pronto! Ask for Emily when you go in to open a new account! She is a Rockstar!!

      My husband opened his business account through this branch and we couldn't be more impressed! Each person we interacted with was extremely kind and no one seemed bothered that we had our two small children with us. Becca and Jessica were amazing and went above and beyond to help set up our account in the best way to help our business succeed. We are grateful to have such a great bank in our local community!

      I had some issues with central bank, but after the bank manager Cynthia heard about my issues she has been so helpful and got them all taken care of. I am so thankful for her taking the time to correct all the problems and provide excellent customer service. Also great job Lexi your bright smile and caring personality is my favorite thing about central bank!
