  Horrible customer service. Kandi was very unprofessional as well as the rest of the staff this evening. Even listened to another employee talking trash over the radio / from the back room. What a shame. All I needed was a receipt printed to show my deposit..... that the ATM did not issue. I had to call the police just to get anyone to even acknowledge the issue. No one would ever deposit a chunk of money and pull away without proof. My balance did not reflect the deposit amount correctly. Issues of this sort should be handled in a very different manner. How embarrassing for your business.

  I’ve been a customer of the bank for years. I’m constantly surprised by how my expectations are exceeded! JoAnn, Tyler, Hailey, Ashleigh, Jessica and the whole staff make me feel like I’m the most import customer in the bank. If you have accounts elsewhere switch now!!!

  I live in Republic and have a branch there that I could go to but this specific branch, in the Glen Isle Shopping Center, is by far my absolute favorite! I own a business and I usually do my deposits in the evenings so I mostly get to deal with two specific tellers. This is a huge shout out to Sam and Ashley! Thank you for always having a welcoming smile and for always trying to go above and beyond. Most banks have tellers, yes. Professional and courteous. They help you with your transaction and you are on your way. However, these two go out of their way to make every experience a personal one. I'm not just another transaction. Pulling up to the window and seeing those two with their smiling faces brightens my evening every time. You can tell that they have a great rapport with each other and work extremely well together. I'm so fortunate to have found not only a great bank, but one with fantastic employees that help make my day just a little better. Thanks Sam and Ashley!

  This bank goes above and beyond for their customers and for their fur babies too!!! Love this branch the most, they greet me by name with a smile and Samson with a dog biscuit. I recommend them to anyone!!! Eager to help in any situation without hesitation!!!
