  Empire Finance is hands down the best place in town! During a recent visit, I spoke with Josh K., the branch manager. He was a very knowledgeable resource and was able to confidently answer all of my questions. The process was also super quick, and I can rest easy knowing that my info is safe and secure. Thanks again to the folks over at Empire Finance! You have completely exceeded my expectations!

  They are very quick to dial your number and reach out to you. The staff is very fast and friendly while meeting financial needs. The manager, Mr. Kile himself offered me a loan with grace and dignity during times when others look down on me.

  The employees at this location are super nice and personable. They really try and work with you to get you what you need. I would recommend this location and company to anyone looking for a loan.

  Wonderful service with excellent customer service. Many people like to put bad reviews I've noticed here and I imagine anything that deals with money and having to pay it back could cause sour moods. However look at this way they are willing to loan you money without even knowing you. My friend won't loan me money. This is my only opportunity as of right now to improve my credit and show this world that I am reliable and trustworthy. My kids in the future will benifit from this company. Thank you empire finance for issuing me a loan.

  They called my employer after I missed one call

  Was sick and in and out of the hospital. I lost 2.5 weeks of wages weeks after losing my 2nd income. I returned a call after my sister in law let me know they called as I spent the business hours either sick, sleep or at the hospital. Tambera or Tamara was rude and down talked me. Asking me to borrow money from family or friends. If I had someone to loan me money I wouldn’t go to a loan place that charges interest. I communicated when I made a partial payment when I will pay the remaining amount. First day back at work they called me 2x. I call back and she wants to know again, why I can’t pay and “don’t you have a job”? This lady is rude and unprofessional. It’s a pandemic, a lot of people have COVID and can’t work. She can’t see that tho.

  Harassing me daily because of my past due bill. I understand I’m late and I understand you need to have weekly contact. Ashley in the office doesn’t notate accounts nor read any notes that may be present, when I confronted her for calling me everyday she was rude and pretty much called me a liar. After telling her to stop calling me she responds with well I’ll have to look at the account tomorrow and give you a call....very unprofessional and no customer service at all. Whoever is managing this place needs reprimanded or demoted.

  I was 1.5 days late and they were on the phone trying to call me, which is fine, but when they realized my number had been changed, instead of calling me at work, they called my daughter from my references list on my application. First of all, references are just that...references, not contacts. They should not be calling my references at all! The staff member would not disclose to my daughter who she was or what business she was calling from but, expected my daughter to be forthcoming. My daughter told her she just needed to call me but the staff member kept insisting she take a message and made the very out of line comment that "her daughter lives out of state but she still talks to her everyday...don't you talk to your mother every day?" My daughter gave me the number the call came from and I matched it up to Empire Finance. I called and spoke with a different staff member. When I asked why they didn't just call me at work...her answer was "we don't bother people at work the first week they're late" WTH? But I guess it's ok to call my family members at work when I'm only 1.5 days past due AND my references should not be used as contacts! Very poor customer service, unprofessional, and need to rethink their policies. I let her know that I do not give my permission to call my references, EVER. If they can't reach me on my personal phone, then call me at work, but leave my family alone! Once I have my loan paid off, I will never do business with them again. If you want to be hounded and your references called when you are 1.5 days late and want your references to be berated like my daughter was, then do business with Empire Finance.
