  Friendly and prompt service with people who are genuine. Have used other banks that I felt like just another number, but at at this branch at least, you are treated like a friend that they just haven't yet met. I can't vouch for other branches, as I have no reason to go inside any branches further from home.

  Have banked here for years and never had an issue. The tellers are always friendly and I get quick service which is great. Their manager Tisha is so quick to help and takes care of any needs I have. Definitely my favorite location to go to.

  This is such a great bank! Every time I’m here, I’m welcomed and made to feel at home. I’m always greeted with a smile, and the employees are beyond willing to help in any way they can. Highly recommend this bank if you’re looking!! Thank y’all so much!!

  I always have wonderful care from each employee everytime I go in! The atmosphere is comfortable and I always accomplish what I need with ease and with care. HIGHLY recommend not only this bank, but the Chestefield branch. Never had a problem, not once. Thank you all for what you do!

  The tellers all had nice smiles and were incredibly friendly, and I spoke briefly with the manager I believe she said her name was Tish, she was beyond helpful for me. Keep up the good work!

  Our company has been banking with Central Bank for many years. The people are very friendly and helpful. My favorite location is the one on W. Chesterfield. Give them a try! You can't go wrong!

  This is my main bank in Springfield MO. These are the friendliest people to work with as far as a banks go. Never a bad experience here. If you're looking for a bank that is like family..this bank is the place to go. They remember my name and when I come through the drive through they always recognize me.
