  We've banked for years at Central. They are big enough to offer all of the services of any major bank, but local enough that they know us and understand our needs perfectly. Judy Klaus, the branch manager of the location near us, is incredible, and took care of all of our account activity personally. I can't recommend them enough.

  I had a great experience at Central Bank of St. Louis. Ms. Loren Lorenzo did a phenomenal job explaining in great detail about the service that the bank offer. I did not feel rush to make any decision She was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend to anyone to work with her and to come to this bank.

  What a wonderful home town bank. It is so nice to bank at a branch where you are greeted by name and treated with kindness when you enter. I have bank banking at Central Bank for over a decade and they have never let me down. It is clear that the staff at this location is extremely well trained. There’s an old saying that employees of a business reflect the professionalism that their manager (Judy Klaus) instill. What a great bank if I could rate an extra star I would

  I have had the opportunity to work with a few banks over the 28 years I’ve been in business but I have never worked with a bank like Central Bank they are fantastic. Our contact is Judy Klaus the branch mgr. She has worked with our business to truly develop a relationship with her company. She recently referred me to a commercial lender , Dan Baner, that was very helpful and informative with the PPP loan that was being offered. He guided me through the process , returned every email and took every phone call I made to him. Dan, just like Judy truly embrace the culture of “relationship banking.

  These ladies were amazing I have a prepaid account which causes challenges occasionally. I was having trouble withdrawing my money these ladies stayed engaged and provided the best customer service I was in the bank for about 30 mins every second of that time one or all four of these ladies were actively working towards a solution.

  This is an amazing bank. I have banked here for twenty years and always found the people to be helpful. This is a private bank and have made the Forbes top twenty banks in America for the past five years running. This is not a bank with excessive fees to send to the stockholders. Their lending departments are off the charts. Great rates and service. They don’t sell the loans off.

  Been with the bank for 6 years now. Best decision I had was bringing my business accounts to Central Bank in Ofallon MO. As a business owner I have noticed how well the employees work with each other and it means a lot that they know me by name.
