  I visited Centra yesterday for an appointment to discuss credit card options. I found out that unbeknownst to me, there was a freeze on my Transunion account that needed to be removed for us to proceed. Amber was so helpful as she googled contact information for Transunion and patiently waited as I spoke to someone from Transunion (who spoke very broken English and was impossible to understand) to get the freeze lifted. She was great and very patient as everyone is shorthanded and has lots to do. Supriya was also very pleasant and very helpful. Positive experience all the way around. I've been with Centra for 16 years and this reinforced my initial decision as being the correct one. Great people and I highly recommend Centra in Taylorsville!

  Very Helpful and Considerate. Occasionally I am confused as to what do, I explain my problem and what I want to do and they take very good care of me. They are patient with my questions and explain what I need to do and help me do it.

  All the Employees and management are all Great, They take there time with you and know exactly what needs to be done. I love my Bank. Thank you all very much for caring

  I love the hours they are open and they have great people working there. It is the only one I go to when I need something done at the bank.

  I'd give zero stars if I could. Worse customer service ever. Everytime i go in it's a different policy. Do not recommend.

  Every time i try to get help from them ..its monumental p.i.a from not having tax forms online to ridiculous policy ..they are as bad as it gets...
