      I walked in to the bank and went right up to the window I had no clue we had to wait behind the black line I would have waited behind the line it’s a small sign that no one can see but I did not know so I walk to the window and soon as I touched the window the lady “YELLED YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT “ and rolled her eyes and went back to doing her job on the computer with no one at her window I had no idea we had to very poor customer service for a “bank” very rude and didn’t have to roll her eyes i took all my money out the bank and I’m changing to chase

      I love this bank. They seem to hire a lot. Soon as I get to know them and they know me a new group come in. They are friendly and professional. I'm satisfied with this bank.

      worst bank ever!!! they have poor customer service and does not help with questions being asked as to why money is missing from accounts.
