  Kevin really takes pride in what he does! We worked together on buying my first house!! Kevin was very knowledgeable and answered every question possible that I had.   Paul and his team were amazing throughout my loan process. Even though the company is in Pennsylvania and I am I North Carolina, they still worked very hard to get this done for me.   My experience with Centennial Lending Group, LLC, was fantastic. I live in Florida, and the property I was purchasing, is in Pennsylvania. All the paperwork requirements were handled expertly, online and on the telephone prior to the closing. I was supposed to attend the closing, however, Hurricane Irma intervened and prevented me from making the trip. Tom Fellenz and his staff rapidly, and efficiently, took care of everything that would be needed in the event that I was not present, including of course, power of attorney which was given to my daughter. The closing went very well, and my daughter was ecstatic. Thanks to Centennial Lending Group for doing a perfect job.

  Sue and her team were extremely patient and communicative which makes all the difference when buying a home.
