  Very poor customer service. My purse was stolen out of my car. 634 was spent at Walmart from my debit card before I was able to turn in as stolen. I called this branch to report the charges on my account the next day. The first person I talked to was very rude about it. Said would be at least 10 days until I would be able to get money back to my account. Before he was even done talking said “Do you want to speak to my manager?” To make a long story short, after calling the corporate number to file a complaint, talking to branch manager and going in to file the dispute they still are saying it will be as little as 10 days to 90 days before my money maybe will be replaced. It’s so frustrating... Not friendly at all. The branch manager even went as far as telling me it was my fault my purse was stolen. 😳
