Centennial Bank Reviews

Natasha Ross1I have had an account with Centennial Bank for quite some time now. However, I started my account in Arkansas, a branch out of Heber Springs. That branch is by far the greatest I've ever dealt with. They have always went above and beyond to be helpful, and was always kind, caring and compassionate, no matter the situation. Not only was the customer service amazing, the fraud dept. was on point and handled matters when I wasn't even aware there was a concern. For these reasons, I chose to open another account with Centennial Bank when I moved to Florida (I still have an account with the Arkansas branch). However, due to an issue I had with an error on the banks part, causing the regional office to be called, the attitude and customer service I now receive from this particular location, is no comparison to the other branches I have been to. And while I will continue to bank with Centennial Bank, I won't open or recommend anyone else opening an account with the Clearwater location. Do yourself a favor and find one that cares about their customers because it has become very obvious to me that this one does not.

Robin C1Update 2021: in person old fashioned service not here either. Inconvenience of moving is the ONYL reason to stay with this bank. Old Fashioned Service. Yes. BUT....I've been with this bank for over 10 years and have been mostly pleased with their service, however, if you like/need to do anything online this is not the bank for you. I was informed today, the only way to obtain a 1099-INT form to file my taxes is via hard copy from their third party processor. They and I do not and will never have access to this simple form online. Oh my! This a bit too Old Fashion for me.
