  Celer Mortgage was really good. Made the refinancing process very easy. Had the money in my account within a few weeks!! After shopping for interest rates they were able to offer a lower interest rate than other lenders. Highly recommended!!

  Cesar B. is an amazing production manager that guided my fiancé and I into our new home. Cesar displayed professionalism and efficiency always stayed on top of us making sure we filled out the proper paperwork in a timely manner. My fiancé and I were very happy with Celer Mortgage.   I was extremely impressed by the knowledge and helpful information that Wassim provided to us during the entire loan process. Anytime Wassim requested any kind of paperwork, we sent it and he would always reply and thank us for the quick response. Wassim always took care of business, always kept us up to date during the loan process, his availability was consistent (and always courteous) and by closing, he felt like a friend. Thank you Wassim!

  Absolutely tired of this mortgage company. They keep delaying everything! I’ve talked to four different people, they all are giving the run around. No one knows what is causing the delay & why we can’t close escrow. Now we have to move back into our own house until escrow closes

  Sell was supposed to close in 21 days. Going on almost 50 days due to miscommunication issues between them and the HOA. Called to find answers and was met with rude and unprofessional employees. Due diligence when inspecting the proper documents is apparently not standard work with this organization. People are dealing with a lot of money here to be met with is poor service and miscommunications.

  In the process of selling our home, and the buyers are using CELER as their lender. They are absolutely awful and have caused our escrow to be delayed not once but twice and now going on three times. Not only has it caused our own escrow to be delayed but now causing delays in the purchase of our new home. The buyers are delayed and now their buyers delayed. It’s an absolute domino effect, and the lenders are showing zero remorse for their actions that are costing us all a lot of money and a lot of time. Think twice before ever choosing and trusting them as your team! I would absolutely NEVER do business with them and sad I ever had to.

  Even though this is 5 Stars but Wassim the lender deserve 10 stars he is on top of everything and very knowledgeable he made my transaction easy and smooth thank you again Wassim for all your help Highly recommended
