  What a waste of time. Made an appointment for a oil change through their online portal for 0800 Monday morning, Drove an hour and a half through traffic and don’t have express service on Mondays, and no, they could not do it anyway.

  I recently purchased a used E-Golf from Car Pros SB. I first emailed Julian, who was very professional, friendly, and quick to respond. He was able to answer all the questions I had about the car, which was at another location, and he was able to bring it to the SB location within a day. Once the car arrived, I drove over to meet Julian, who waited past his shift to show me the car. After a few minutes Julian passed us off to Joseph, who was equally friendly, helpful, and professional, to guide us through the rest of the car buying process. We were able to drive away with the car a few hours later. Two weeks later I was experiencing electrical issues with the car that weren't covered in the extended warranty that I purchased. I called Car Pros and they offered to repair the car free of charge as well as provide a loaner in order to reassure me that I made a good choice in choosing Car Pros. This was my first time purchasing a car and I would definitely choose them again if I was looking to purchase another VW.

  Excellent customer service. I went in for a trade-in to get into a 2021 Jetta. The staff works with you in every way possible to get you into the car you want. They're very professional and have great customer service. I've been going to Car Pros VW since 2019 and Jazmin has always been my go-to salesperson. Thank you Car Pros VW.

  Eder, Rocky, and the Car Pros team went above and beyond to ensure that I got the car of my dreams! Their stock was fantastic, and their pricing was excellent. We were able to complete all of our paperwork ahead of time and test drive the vehicle as soon as I arrived on the lot. Eder, especially, was very knowledgable and walked us through each question we had about our certified used vehicle. Even though it was only a few days before Christmas, Eder was especially patient and understanding with our questions. We were incredibly confident in the vehicle after talking with Eder. Rocky helped us on the financial end and worked hard to get us the best deal available to us. He was personable, knowledgable, and made what would normally be a dreadful part of a large purchase, an easy and enjoyable activity. I would recommend Car Pros Volkswagen to anyone looking for a quality car and streamlined process. The dealership was clean, safe, and well-organized.

  Eder said he could get me into a car and he was true to his word.. he’s a very nice guy and pleasant to work with I will be recommending Car Pros to my friends and family.. the process was quick and I was on my way out the door with a beautiful 2020 VW SEL… I love the car and I am a satisfied customer:)
