  I have purchased 2 homes and refinanced a few times. Carlos has been my go to guy for my last purchase and two refinances. He’s knowledgeable in the process if you have a solar system. If you don’t know there are many variables if you have a solar system when it comes to home loans. Communication is great!!!! He makes you feel like he is a friend and he’s always trying to find you the best lender. There’s no doubt that Carlos will be my broker for any type of real estate deals.

  Carlos really is a knowledgeable all star when it comes to home loans. As a first time home buyer as well as being self employed Carlos walked me through every step of the way and had answers to all my questions. EXTREMELY responsive to any questions/updates/things I needed to do. He was always ahead of the ball and he managed to get the house to closing in 16 days! Highly recommend to anyone!

  Closed escrow on my duplex last year and just refinanced recently to get some cash out not too long ago. Surprised I didn't leave a review then, but definitely felt the need to leave one this time. Carlos was attentive, knowledgable, quick to take action, and fun to work with each time. Would highly recommend working with him, or to at least inquire about how home lending works and how to navigate this interesting business.
