  I loved the service I used to get from the brick and mortar location in Prince Frederick. However, I have moved a little farther away and I work 9-5pm as a lot of people do, so the online banking is what i rely on now. The online banking system is extremely antiquated and poorly designed. My password to log in expires without any notice and you cant get any customer service when the branch is closed. When the branch is open, they rarely answer the phone.. and when they do, they tell you to use the temporary password they email to you. I have received 3 temporary passwords and none of them worked. The app also asks me security questions that I never set answers for. They need a professional to overhaul the online banking system.

  simply requested to do business with an associate other than one they hired that i left my prior bank due to some issues with this individual. was told they are the only person for that job(commercial lender) and after i stated that if that's who i have to do business with then i will find another bank. bank president just shrugged it off and stated he was sorry to hear that. if he was sorry he would've simply found someone else for me to work with or he could've done the paper work himself. this bank no longer cares about small business. thanks for everything and doing banking as usual, only big business matters to them

  Everyone at CPFCU is awesome. I've been banking with them for many years. I can't think of a time they've let me or my husband down. Great place to bank, a place where you're not just an account number.
