  We had a fantastic experience with Andrew at Cedar Home Loans. Buying a house is stressful, and Andrew's confidence was contagious and helped relieve this. From the first day we spoke about our options, and what we were looking for, till closing day, he was extremely helpful. He communicated well with our broker and us, switched gears without flinching, when a different options for financing was needed (at no fault of his ) and was genuinely interested in getting the best products and best rates for us. We even ended in a more favorable position than expected! I highly doubt there's anyone else we could have found, who could have made this purchase happen for us. Thank you for helping us buy our perfect new home for our family! Updated 2020: we just refinanced our home with the current low rates with Andrew at Cedar Home Loans, and again, had a fantastic experience.   I am a real estate broker and been aware of the outstanding job Andrew McBryan has done for buyers over the years. His loan rates have been consistently the lowest with no hidden fees. Several buyers have turned to him when their lenders failed due to properties that were entirely off the grid, or unwarrantable condos. He has also been able to provide low cost bridge loans. Andrew McBryan is creative, knowledgeable and an amazing problem solver. Of course, he is brilliant with routine loans, but he is also unafraid of a challenge.
