  We recently purchased a deed restricted home in Silverthorne. Paula was absolutely fantastic and a wealth of knowledge during the stress of buying our first home. Her knowledge with the deed restriction process helped us move forward without any worry. Paula took the time necessary to explain reach process and was able to break down our options with both different loans and varying down payment options. I would recommend Paula to any friend or family member and will utilize her again in the future. I highly recommend her for any Summit County locals looking into the deed restriction process as she will save you hours and days of your life and actually get the job done.
