  Michael, Josh and the rest of his team are miracle workers! When a unexpected issue threatened to delay closing Michael and his team got to work and resolved the issue promptly and we were able to close on time. Amazing considering we were a day away from closing. They did it all while laughing at my lame jokes and keeping me informed eith any updates available. Great experience!!
