  Phil was awesome at handling our finances while buying our new home. He made sure we knew exactly what was going on each step of the way. He was easy to reach when we had questions about anything big or small. Phil even took the time to come to our closing so that he could answer any questions about the final process. I would use CD Mortgage again if the need ever arises!!

  Working with CD Mortage was easy, efficient, and a smooth experience. Tony was able to get us the best rate possible and all our paperwork and processing was done extremely fast and without hiccups. With the times we are living in, having everything done electronically was a plus (for me) and only had to physically show up for the final closing. I highly recommend them.
