  Brandon was my initial contact with this company. THANK GOD I decided to make one last call before doing a loan modification with my current lender. I had been in covid forbearance and was told by another lender that I was required to do a mortgage modification to get rid of the forbearance balance before I could do a streamline refinance and that any lender out there would require it. Brandon told me to immediately stop any further action with my modification because that would start my "seasoning" period all over and I couldn't refinance for 7 to 8 months if I modified my current loan. Once I got started it was very smooth and fast. Thanks again Brandon and Andrea!! A+++

  We just refinanced our home loan through American VA Loans and I am certainly impressed! Blake Nuttall was our VA Mortgage Specialist and from the first contact with him all the way through the process of closing, it was very easy and painless. Blake explained everything, quoted us a firm rate and followed through on it. Christina Flores, Loan Processer was also helpful and kept in constant communication. In my career, I managed finance companies and banks for 28 years and I personally did mortgage loans. I am very knowledgeable in all aspects of lending and was hesitant to refinance and trust a lender to come through with all their promises. I can say with certainty that with American VA Loans, there was absolutely no hidden charges or any surprises. It was a fantastic experience all the way through. I would highly recommend them!

  I had been reviewing refinance offers received by mail for months when Patriot Home Mortgage caught my attention. They impressed me as being straightforward, and were effective at getting my attention with their mailing by sending me a dollar just for giving them a chance to win my business. In the past 16 years I had refi'd a few times, and the experiences, while not completely unprofessional, left my with a feeling that I was being rushed with very little time for personalized service. Once I called Patriot Home Mortgage I was certain that THIS was the company I wanted to work with on refinancing my mortgage. Paul took time to clearly explain all refi options and the pros and cons associated with each. He and his staff stepped me through the entire process with great professionalism and were extremely helpful, patient and genuinely friendly. All communication was handled by email and phone. I didn't even have to leave my home to sign the closing papers, a certified notary came to my residence for that event (which was great because I was recovering from surgery at the time). I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Patriot Home Mortgage to anyone seeking a friendly personalized, honest, and expert refinancing experience.

  I was unable to get a refinance on my manufactured home through any other lender, believe me I tried them all! It had nothing to do with credit ratings, just that it was a manufactured home. I received an unsolicited letter with a $1 bill challenging me to try Patriot Mortgage. I was so frustrated after a year of trying all other resources that I thought "why not" I've tried everything else. Patriot came through with flying colors. I reduced my monthly payment by over $300 and my interest rate by 4%. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend Patriot Mortgage and especially Paul Collier & Jennifer Jacobs who kept me informed, up to date, and well advised.
