  Extremely rude! Doesn't even look at your stuff. Went in with a closed box of stuff and didn't even look what was in it before he looked at me and said don't waste his time. The guy there needs to go and buy a better personality in my opinion before dealing with anyone in the public.

  Rude, unprofessional. The place is very outdated. Not a single person in the place and I could clearly see why the first step I took inside the door. Foul odor of oil it seemed masked the entire place. I had current/popular electronics that were definitely item that’s are trending and people would be interested in and the man working behind the counter didn’t even give me a chance to show him before he told me no. I had money in my pocket but his unprofessionalism and the way I was treated made me take my money elsewhere. Stay away from this place

  Would give a zero if possible. Spent about an hour looking at video games and dvds. Live an hour away from this location and wanted to check the discs to make sure they werent scratched too badly. Told me i could open the plastic to check and the disc was pretty much cracked. Told him I would pass and that first one and he came back with " why don't we pass on all of them," and would not let me buy any of the others. That's some great customer service you have going on there.

  Kids bought video game guitar there. It didn't work. He allowed us to return it, gave us another one, and half the money back for the inconvenience.

  No complaints. Pawning my items or purchasing..never a bad experience.

  Always friendly and helpful. Doesn't always give the same amount of money for pawns as other places and doesn't buy many things that could help the seller out. Overall, a good business
