She communicated with me throughout the entire process and always took the time to answer any and all questions I had as a first time home buyer. I also rate shopped and she helped me lock in the lowest rate out there without having to pay extra fees. I would recommend Sabrina to anyone looking to purchase a home!

  Shannon Beacham is the best loan officer I have ever dealt with. He responded quickly to my inquiries, and gave me various scenarios with regards to my refinance.   If you're looking to finance or refinance a residential mortgage, you can't go wrong with Alainna Pierce at Castle&Cooke. Alainna made my refinance experience go so smoothly and quickly that I was amazed.   We had a great experience working with Steve Mix to refinance our home loan. After our first conversation we agreed he’d watch rates for a couple weeks to see if they’d fall down to our target rate. About a week later he called back and said we could get the rate we were looking for along with a nice lender credit. We locked in that day and we were able to close 17 days later. Steve kept us informed every step of the way as loan went through underwriting and approval process. Notary came to our house and we closed without a hitch. A really great refi experience. Thanks a Steve! If you need a mortgage loan you should definitely give Steve Mix at MixMortgage Group a call. No other mortgage broker will treat you better.

  Castle and Cooke did my home refinance, from start to finish they were very good bunch to work with. All my questions and concerns were explained out, any issues that arose were handled quickly and professionally, and overall I'd recommend them to anyone.

  I highly recommend the Mix Mortgage Group for your mortgage needs! Steve is different from your typical broker. He is professional, caring and responsive (not to mention very knowledgable). Buying a home can be stressful, but Steve (and his amazing staff) made the whole process a smooth experience. He worked tirelessly to find us the best mortgage and even went out of his way to become certified with a rehab lender when we were considering a fixer-upper.   Mr. Mix did an amazing job. This was my first home and had ZERO experience with the process. I was working with a previous mortgage company that was not working with me at all. Mr. Mix helped me understand everything that was going on during every step of the process. He also came in approximately $300 a month lease than the mortgage company my realtor had recommended. If anyone needs a mortgage done, I highly recommend contacting Mr. Mix to at least what he can offer you. You will not find a more professional Mortgage Broker
