  If I could give zero stars I would. Manny does not need to be working with customers let alone people with money. He hung up on my face since I asked a questions about a payment being sent to my account. I have not been coming here long but will for sure go somewhere else from now on. The customer service is terrible and they assume if you have payments pending there gonna return and you want a credit. Sad. As a person who is in the industry I’m curious to see how big their customer base is hiring people like lanny to rely on to give great customer service to separate them from the competition.

  Excellent place to borrow cash, cash checks… Friendly staff especially Alma, she’s great and will help you any way possible.

  Came here to apply for a loan. Didn't think it will take well over 30 mins tho. The lady told me to wait it will take 15mins. Didn't like the attitude that I was presented with. The lady talk smart and scrastic kinda rude. The location is right next door to a 7 11...its dirty with bums hanging around. This place sucks.

  My guy went there earlier today to cash of over payment from child support. As he communicated with with the teller she informed him that his check was fraudulent and the only way for him to get that check back he would have to call metro. She claimed that the company that they have the llc with informed them that the check was no good. We asked why wasn't the number on the check called and they said they only go by there people. Metro arrived and the exact thing I asked her to do call the company on the check is what metro did . After about 30 minutes of waiting the officer confirmed the check to be real and they were wrong. Never got an apology for the humiliation and turmoil they sent us through or anything. At the end of the not so good experience with cashland the officers gave us a ride to Bank of America where the check was cashed with no prolem. They are hiring individuals who lack professionalism and don't know there business. This could've ended bad if I was any individual with an attitude or an anger problem. People you have to care enough about your business and it's customers to provide The Best service possible . My experience today was one I will never forget, how we were lied on, and mistreated racism at its finest.

  Called and ask did they cashed checks. Told the young girl that I had a payroll check. Went all the way up there then she tells me they don’t have money. My check was for 3 hundred n something. It was a Sunday she could of told me that over the phone

  Go every month for money orders, stamps,quarters...All the staff very accommodating & efficient. Good job!!!!!

  Don’t bother to come here to pay rent ..the fee is too much to pay it’s $24 if you want to use your debit card.. and the customer service was not even worth it the girl looked bored and annoyed to even help me.. so go somewhere else there are places that don’t even charge you more than $2 to pay a bill like smiths or Walmart save your hard earned money
