  In my 5 years of coming from the first experience with the staff has been amazing. The manager Ana, her awesome staff Daisy, Emerith and Yaranice are the best in the business!!

  I will no longer go to this payday loan store, I am hoping that I am the only they have done this to but on 11/21/2018 I requested a $200 loan got $170 or so I thought. I called today to pay the loan and it was $300 I recalled to the employees that I have requested a $200 loan after verifying it was $300 that supposably I had requested. I decided to pay it because I did not receive any paperwork or receipt after the transaction, at the end it will be their word against mine. The only thing standing between this transaction and dissatisfaction to be solved is to check their security cameras of the transaction that took place that day. They can see clearly how much the employee dispensed to me. I recall $170 out of a $200 loan payout. If I am in the wrong I will gladly change this review. I hope corporate of this company will heed my situation and concerns in this type of transactions. I do hope I was the only customer they have done this too, it seems like a trap (scam/conned) for employees to steal from the company without notice and pin it on hardworking people that go to through these means to make it to the next pay check.

  We were there for an hour before they told us they don't accept a national bank. Wouldn't that be one of the first questions their employee should ask?
