  I've been a customer since about 2015 and normally would go to the location off State and Veterans, which was great. However, since having to come back I've been coming to the one right across from the Walmart on State Street and from the first time I met her, Andrea was the absolute sweetest!

  Andrea helped me when no one else would she works with you on your options for a loan and makes it super easy to understand. I was going to have to drop my classes and this loan helped me stay in school. Thank you so much!

  I went to the cash store to obtain a loan. I had never been to the cash store before but I am no stranger to having to take out a loan every now and again. I must say that the cash store provided an amazingly personal and even fun experience. The staff was knowledgeable and so friendly and not that fake friendly we have all come to expect from most customer service. They were generally interested in everything that was going on. Not to mention the rates were much better than I have come to expect from loan services. I am thoroughly impressed and I will probably never use another loan service again. If you really need it, the cash store is the way to go! if this review helped, don't forget to mention my name when you go and say hello to everyone for me!

  Unfortunately, I was unable to get a loan through you guys. But, that being said, Emad or Amad (not sure how to spell his name.), was so kind. I was a pawn broker for several years and have been in his position with having to deny people on loans and always genuinely cared, even when there was nothing I could do for them. And, have not come across many people in the loan business who were still kind, knowing they could have taken that moment to flex their surperiority. He was so nice and "let me down gently" so to speak. When I already felt low he was just sweet. Crazy how one phone call lifted my spirits even if it was just about other humans. Awesome customer service to say the least ❤
