  Katie is absolutely amazing! She has always done everything she can to help me when emergencies have come up. Of course interest rates are insanely high but that is the nature of their business.

  Well they could definitely win the award for the highest interest rate ever. It's greedy companies like this that have made it to where other states now have CAPS on the interest they are allowed to charge. 899%?!?! Cashtore? Give me a BREAK!! Not ok My hubby and I were approved for a loan for 1900.00 Went in to do paperwork and find out the payments are over 400.00 every 2 weeks!! What the hell?! We really needed that money, and they made it impossible for us or anyone. There's no way in hell! 1000.00 a month dam near to pay back a 1900 loan??! Serious joke.

  Probably the most disrespectful service at a loan company we have ever received!! We work roughly 50-70 hours a week and are lucky if we get a Saturday off. So coming into your location@ last minute was NOT intentional...The hefty dark haired girl that we approached was extremely snatchy and UN professional with her horrible attitude. I don't care where you work or what you do for work, you don't give a customer attitude and say " well now I have to call and tell them I'm going to be late" Get on the phone and say " we had a last-minute person walk in so now I'm gonna be late getting there". With a long annoying loud, drawn out sigh... it's bad enough that people feel , crumby and have self issues having to go in and get a loan. Don't need people like you being so rude and disrespectful. If you can't have customer service skillsDON'T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

  I love the girls in the office they are always very friendly and helpful, i have been doing bussiness with this company for over a year and have always felt like part the crew. I havr always been greeted with a smile and up beat personalities. If ever i have an issue making my payment on time they have always help me with the issue, they have been very helpful. The caldwell store has nothing but rock stars employed. Great job!!!

  Very expensive you tell them what days you get paid and they try to charge you different days where you dont have money cause you dont get paid! You take out a 500 loan and have to pay back 1200? Ridiculous. Never referring this place to anyone. World finance is the best place to go!!
