  I have had experiences with payday loans but none as excellent as I had with Ronda. Her customer service skills are impeccable, she made an uncomfortable situation painless and pleasurable. She thoroughly explained the process to me and made sure that I understood and had no questions. With Ronda, I did not feel as if I were dealing with a loan agency, but as if I was dealing with a truly caring individual. If ever I am in a tough spot financially, I know that I can go to see Ronda and expect superb service!!

  This is truly my favorite Cash Store to go to they treat you like family everytime you come in. Effie and Brooke are always in a great mood and keep me laughing while they handle my loan. The only thing they are missing at the moment is the candy they normally have but covid ya know lol. All in all a great place to get you a loan from.

  I have been doing business with the cash store for along time now. I’ve heard the stories of cash loan places, but this store has always been there for me. I really do look forward in going in not to make my payment but to talk with the staff. I have always had a blast and they all have treated me outstanding. It all started with Jerry the store manager but now Tommy and Lexi. I am always laughing and telling my stories to them. They really have the best customer service and the atmosphere is always joyful and amazing. They really do go above and beyond for their customers.

  The manager at the Bryant Irving stores lacks compassion, he is shady and will mislead you to make you more in debt to them... He will be sweet to your face until you ask for an extension and they will never give you one and blame it on the computer system... be careful if you borrow from here cause once they suck you in it is never ending....they will send the payment immediately to the bank and cause you all kinds of fees....yes it's my fault I had to borrow from them but they will rub it in your face every chance they get! Total lack of customer service skills for sure!

  Went in for a loan and there was an issue but the Manager Brooke was super helpful in resolving . Brooke made this experience a great one by working with me to make this loan happen. #happycustomer

  Not cool I wouldn't recommend nobody to go here I feel like it's discrimination on ppl loans
