  I was so sad because it was my birthday and I was broke! I did an application with Rise on line at 4:30 pm and the very next day I called my bank to check my balance , guess what, the loan had hit my bank account in less then 8 hours!! No joke!! RISE saved my birthday!! Thank you RISE!

  Great exceptional except I sure wish I could have my auto pay date on the 4th Wednesday of the month when I get my retirement pay check. This is going to cause a proble for me with fees guaranteed!!! Could be 3-6 days but the set up app online did not give me the option to choose the 27th or 28th which would have made me a better less frustrated customer to deal with!

  This is the worst LOAN COMPANY!!! They told you lies, when the COVID 19 situation start to happen on United States that I loose my job I call them to check which are the options.. The told they can add the pmts to the end and they do not going to charge interest, I call several times to male sure and they told me the same so I decide to move the pmts to the end... For my surprise I call them yesterday to check my balance and I am loosing about $721.91... because they provide me with the wrong information.. NEVER DO A LOAN with this company.. The customer service line including the managers they dont know what they are doing and provide the wrong information!!!

  Very difficult to deal with in terms of paying off the loan early. Customer service is not very helpful. I've spoken to 3 different people all of which have told me different things - non of which have helped me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  I completed everything but signing the app. I keep getting an error message when I sign on was told it was not their fault but my phone. I've used two phones and a computer, same thing. I have called maybe 8 times. For the 2nd time I'm told to wait on their IP

  Everything went smoothly. Just wish the interest rate was not double the loan. Also did not get an answe to my question I emailed which was if I were to repay the loan in 5 month would I still be charged the interest to the term of the loan or till the actual principle was repaid Otherwise it’s not to be able to borrow needed cash in an emergency

  They ask for personal bank information. The customer service reps barely know how to answer your questions. Do not do service with them. It’s hard to get a loan with them and this place is suppose to help out with people bad credit...I don’t think so. I had a bad experience with them overall.

  I'm so glad I never completely finished with my loan. I had/have an emergency with my dog, applied on wed ... wasn't sure which routing number to use as I online bank, called customer service to verify, she said it was the correct one. Got approved for 1k and was expecting it next day. Friday rolls around and still no money, I ck my online account, sure enough it says I owe a payment etc. so I call, the lady tells me it's my banks fault and it will be in by sat/mon. Still no money by Tuesday. I call again, lovely lady this time... she informs me the routing number was the wrong one, so instead of me being able to just. Correct it we have to do a 3 way conference call with my bank ( eye roll) ok 1hr later I'm good to go, she tells me she'll put in an express ticket to have it re "scored" again... what ever that means, but I'll have money by tomorrow. Welllll it's tomorrow, and no money. Sooooo I call again, this time like the first time I get a less than par ( putting it politely) cs agent. Now she's telling me it has to be sent through the system and start over and be scored again which will take 48 hrs then I must accept the terms etc etc. are you kidding me? It's been a week since I first applied and if I do all that it'll be the weekend and I won't get it till Tuesday of next week ( maybe) . I just said forget it. I mean if someone ( me) is crazy enough to take a 1k loan out and pay $800 in fees for it ... it's for a reason, because you needed it with in 24hrs because it's an emergency. I mean we are talking 80% almost double what you borrowed. I even asked " what if I just cancel this one And reapply online then presumably I'll get the money tomorrow" her response : " ohhhh no you can't do that, this one has to go through the entire provess then you need to decline the loan" omg ! F* off, are you kidding me? I'm so livid right now I can barely type. How is it online you get money the next day, but if they have to change a routing number it takes a week to redo it. Asinine .
