  When I applied online I received a call from a store representative, they were very kind and polite to try to get me in the store. Once I came into the location it was a completely different story. Both store representatives were rude and did not acknowledge or greet me when I came in. The cold shoulder continued as I tried to complete my application. Only for the representative to tell me to return Monday to complete because it’s closing time. Even though online and on there door it was posted that they closed at 7pm and the current time was 5:55PM. I expected more professionalism from a loan company very rude representatives I do not recommend this location.

  My experience was quick and pleasant. I went in the store and came out with the amount of money I needed. The person who processed my loan gave me her full attention and made me feel important. I will recommend the cash store to anyone needing a loan.

  Good people work here they're professional, friendly, courteous and very helpful. Heather, Gina and Christina are the best! I have been doing these loan places for years they're there when I really need help, and these folks are the most wonderful. Thank you Cash Store!

  If I could give zero star rating I most definitely would. The guy Robert acts like he doesn’t understand paperwork and Beverly and Susan were rolling their eyes.... bad customer service. I gave them proof of bank statement and they still wanted to call my bank and verify

  My wife and I came to this store to make a Personal loan this past July 2013 and they said theres no Credit or Score needed and they won't run your credit .Don't believe on that Bull !!!! they run my wife's credit and went 20 points down just like that they run her credit .... We should've just made a loan at the actual bank if we only knew they wil still run our credit ......
