  Fell a little short and needed a break. The Cash Store helped me out. Jen and Melanie are so helpful. I I've had bad experiences at other places like up on the avenue. I don't think I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The service is outstanding, and I would recommend this place to my friends.

  I was an employee of Cottonwood Financial LLC. aka as "The Cash Store". When you go into training it sounds like a great place to work. The people I worked with were great. Training is for one week and then after that you are set free in , The Cash Store. You learn more by just working there then you do in training. They change their company policies everyday of how to do things such as customer files, phone calls, loan documents. While after working there for a few months, I came in early one day and was fired for no reason, did not give explanation and read some stupid script as to what I am supposed to do what a bunch of crap. They told me to call HR so I did and HR gave me two codes and no further explanation as to why. This company is joke and I would not recommend doing business or working for them They need people who are better equipped as managers, they need to be able to give explanations for why they do things the way they do and make sure that all employees are trained the same. Do Not do Business and Do NOT WORK HERE

  Very friendly atmosphere, if you need cash the same this is the place to go! Quick, fast and homey service. I will definitely make my way back in a time of need.

  They gave 600 fast i missed a payment then they literally called me everyday all day even called my job cause of a late payment
