  I recommend the cash store for all of your loaning needs. With their fast and friendly staff they make you feel comfortable and at home as they show you the step by step process of your loaning experience. As a first time loaner I was nervous as I did not know what to expect. But I was faced with the best staff ever that eased my mind and answered all my questions. They also give courtesy calls to remind you of your scheduled payment which in return is very helpful if you have a very busy lifestyle. But overall the cash store is an outstandinglyamazing place to go if you need a loan.

  I've had two loans through them. The staff ( Melanie) are very warm, and very kind and welcoming. In a time where quality customer service is fading you would never know it. I would suggest going there(Silvis Store) if you are in need of loan.

  Store is open 8hrs if u get paid 8hrs of pay then take a lunch 2 work.. never had a problem until I go 2 pay off and it's closed now I have 2 be 2v work and get charged more because they don't have set hrs 2 leave 4 anything they just lock up and go. . never again will they get my business and I'll tell everyone how they appreciate good customers. .I didn't want 2 give even one star but that's the only way 2 post a review.

  Did not even want to give 1 star. I had a loan there and lost my job. I told the manager I'd pay double since I was starting another job they over drew my account for the whole amount, plus turned me in to collections which I paid then 2 months ago I had another collection company call I paid them again and now I'm trying to get my money that I over paid back. All in all a 400$ loan costed me close to 3000$. The manager at Moline kept telling me he was handling it. I finally demanded the home office number n called myself. They were more helpful than the damn store.
