  Beware of these types of places! You may get a loan but the interest and terms are insane. Payday loan companies and Title loan companies don't really have scruples.I personally wouldn't use this type of business...even if a last resort. It's kind of a "Set-up to fail" situation, that they place you in. Funny...i see other "1-star" reviews and this loan company responds to the negative review by asking the reviewer to call their 1-800 number to discuss it...

  Those “pre appovals” you get in the mail and online are just a front to get you into the store where you have to spend 45. Minutes talking to one of the representatives and still end up getting denied

  Keeps sending me letters of a pre approval of a cash loan.. didn't wanna be pre approved.. would be better if yall would put yalls store name on the envelope so I can throw it away instantly.. not have to go through the effort of opening the letter to find out who is sending me mail that I don't want.

  I'm upset. I went into cash store today located in conroe,tx to pay off my existing loan and renew it. Here's the issue I was then told my card wouldn't go through and it was saying that it was a credit card. Its the same card used previously. Wow!!! Staff has always been nice but this situation just has me aggravated.

  We apologize that our system was recognizing your card as a credit card, instead of debit, which you had paid with previously. We are happy to announce that we recently equipped all of our store locations with the ability to accept debit cards as payment in addition to cash and money order payments. We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced!
