  Got the privilege of working with Terry on checking out a home being purchased that had previous foundation work done but no knowledge of the repairs. Level Check not only was the only one to answer the phone right away but schedule an appointment quickly to fit the time constraints of the home purchase. Terry was great in being able to give confidence in his knowledge of the business and was professional in every aspect.

  Dylan came to our house to inspect our foundation and was professional and courteous. He called within a reasonable time frame and finished the inspection in a timely manner. He shared his concerns and explained the issues that he saw in a way that two novices could understand. Very happy with the services so far.

  While buying a new home, our general inspectors warned us of possible foundation damage. We got a free second opinion from Dylan of Level Check, who used more precise equipment and found no evidence of damage. As a result of his promptness, professionalism and precision, we had the peace of mind to make an offer on our dream home.

  I had te pleasure of meeting Mr. Dylan Parker this week as he came to check on our foundation. He was extremely professional and honest. Honesty and integrity are the key to a successful business and I am very grateful for his honesty and information. Thankfully we didn't have any problems, but he did take the time to let us know how to properly care for our foundation and what to look for. We will definitely recommend this company to our family and friends to support their family business.

  The entire experience went better than expected. No one wants to spend money fixing their foundation, I know I didn't, or going through the process of finding a good company to do the work. I feel I found a good company with Level Check. Austin answered all my questions even additional questions after meeting with 4 other companies. (Had many different opinions & price on fixing my home). Everyone was kind, open & honest, showing me what was happening to my house. Mark & his crew were very efficient and again walked me through the process & showed me how everything was fixed when the job was complete.   Pretty surprised to experience a honest company like Level Check,at this day and age.Dylan was efficient, professional, honest and outstanding.He was very detailed in his inspection and saved me a lot of money by being truthful.   Highly recommended company. I’m a real estate investor and used Level Checks services twice for foundation issues. They are honest, trustworthy people. They don’t try to sell you the job like many other companies do. They give you a detailed report and explain if any work needs to be done or not.   Derek with Level Check is very professional and detailed. I’m a realtor and I appreciate him taking the time to look at foundations after inspectors come in making statements their not qualified to inspected.   We have had several people tell us we needed foundation work and give us outlandish quotes without giving me any details. I am a very detail oriented person and like as much information as I can get before I make an educated decision. The guys at level check not only came out and did the survey the next day after I called them but they also took the time to explain the process, the ins and outs of what all was going on with our house as well as explained that our house only needed the bare minimum, they easily could have sold me on a bigger job but they only recommended what we needed and I appreciated that. Dylan was very personable and let me watch them throughout the whole process and explained it the whole way. Austin was very thorough when inspecting and they even gave me a better deal and worked faster than they originally anticipated when it was all said and done. I will be recommending them to many people. Excellent work!
